The Wellness Lifestyle, founded in 2002, was born out of a desire to to put into practice daily habits that create optimum health and extend life. I became a massage therapist because I knew that I would have to become a living example of practices I've learned over the course of my life. These practices center around Breath, Meditation, Movement, Massage and Meal preparation. Skills such as yoga, qigong, weight training and paying careful attention to diet and supplementation have all played a role in creating the robust health I enjoy today. By paying careful attention to these primary skills, all other facets of one's life will improve. Implementing small intentful corrections to each aspect of daily life add up quickly by paying dividends in improvements to one's health and the enjoyment of Life!
